Circular knit garments - knitted jersey project

Product Range : We produce - all kinds of knitted T-shirts & Sport wear- solid dyed / yarn dyed / printed / tie dye / - single jersey, interlock, 1x1 rib, 2x2 rib, drop-needle, mesh, etc. in both 100% cotton, Fleece, Bonded Fleece, CVC, T/C, Cotton Lycra, 100% polyester & Nylon etc - weight wise from 120 gsm up to 350 gsm. All kinds of sweatshirts - French terry or brushed in cotton, cvc or t/c - weight wise from 250 gsm up to 460 gsm. All kinds of sweatshirts in 100% polyester polar fleece or micro - anti piling, brushed - weight wise from 130 gsm up to 400 gsm. GSP is available with all above products.

Circular heavy knit garments

Product Range : We do produce all kinds of sweaters (specially for kids & ladies ) from 1.5 gauge up to 12 gauge - in 100% acrylic, acrylic smiling, bright acrylic, acrylic wool mix, Lambs wool, 100% polyester, Polyester nylon mix, Polyester cotton mix, Polyester chenille, 100% Cotton, cotton/acrylic mix, 100% Wool or any kind of mixed yarns. Basically we can arrange all the yarns locally. Some of the fancy mix yarns – we import through our sister concern office. Doesn’t matter, whether we use local or imported yarns, we are still able to submit GSP Form A - as per the agreement with EU.

Woven Garments

Product Range : We produce - All kinds of woven Jeans / Pants / Shorts / Skirt / Shirt - in Canvas, Twill, Bedford, Rib stop, all kinds of denim including ring slab, ring in twill or broken - with GSP.

Quality Inspection

We have skilled independent quality assurance team to ensure consistent quality.
We follow inline AQL is 2.5 and Random all other relevant inspections are done on a 4 point system.
Our quality assurance team before final inspection they do pre-final inspection as per buyer stander AQL.

Laboratory Test

Generally Pre-production, Production & Shipment samples are laboratory tested (at accredited labs. e.g. Intertek, SGS, Bureau Veritas, STR, Hohenstein etc). In order to do that we conduct the following:
